We’re recruiting a Transformation Officer for a well-established, award-winning pensions organisation in the City of London. This is a great chance to join a growing transformation team and help shape how a respected organisation works now and in the future.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Transformation Officer and Transformation Manager. You’ll help plan, deliver, track and embed change projects across the business, from building dashboards and monitoring KPIs to improving processes and making sure new ways of working stick.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting the delivery of transformation projects in line with agreed plans and governance

• Maintaining project documentation, including plans, risks, actions, decisions and progress updates

• Tracking delivery against milestones, KPIs and benefits, and escalating issues where needed

• Mapping and reviewing processes, and recommending practical improvements based on data and evidence

• Preparing dashboards, management information and papers for senior management and committees

• Supporting testing, implementation and post-implementation reviews

• Helping colleagues adopt change through communications, engagement sessions, guidance and training

What you’ll bring

• At least two years’ experience in a regulated, financial services or pensions environment

• Experience supporting projects or change initiatives

• Strong organisational, planning, written and presentation skills

• Confidence with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word

• A positive, flexible approach to change and the confidence to constructively challenge existing ways of working

• A collaborative, customer-focused style and strong attention to detail

• It would be great if you also have experience with dashboards and MI, business cases or project mandates, User Acceptance Testing, or pensions administration and Pensions Regulator requirements.

What’s on offer

• Hybrid working with flexible hours and the option of a day off each month

• An excellent pension with up to 19% employer contribution

• 26 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy or sell days

• Annual performance bonus

• Private medical insurance and an employee assistance programme

• Training and support towards professional qualifications

• Enhanced family leave, a season ticket loan and a cycle to work scheme

The employer is an accredited Living Wage employer and a Disability Confident employer.

The modern office is in the heart of the City with easy transport links and the option to work from home up to three times per week (post training/probation period). Fantastic employee benefits and career development opportunities.
