Do you work within UK Occupational Pensions Schemes, in the Governance and Secretariat area? If yes, we would be very excited to chat with you, and tell you more about a number of current openings at three main levels our client is actively seeking to find high calibre specialists in this field to fill. At the senior level, you are already experienced working at trustee board level, and offering governance advice and acting in a secretariat function, at the next level you are supporting someone in this role and will one day be able to manage your own portfolio of clients, and at a lower level you will have supported such roles in the past or currently, or perhaps you have worked closely with your Pension Manager and are now very confident in what happens at Trustee Meetings and able to put together meeting packs, help with minute taking and follow up actions, and now want to specialise solely in this area, learn the ropes fully and hopefully in no time at all be stepping into role two and one just mentioned. Our client will encourage you to fast track your career if this is your journey or help you more steadily learn the ropes and climb the career ladder more steadily. They will empower you and support you at a pace you wish to go. In return you are someone with a passion for this area of pensions, you enjoy the technical elements of pensions, being up to date with current pensions legislation, and depending on which role you are most suited to commence doing you will also be confident to advise your trustee board in every aspect possible on their Pensions Schemes, including organising/conducting training. With the scheme members in mind you will help guide your clients (Trustee Board) or assist those you support within the business (Your own company client managers and Trustee Executives) with the goal of providing the best service for members and best strategic outcome for the pension scheme. It is unusual for this company to have roles at multiple levels at one time, which makes it an exciting time to join and be part of a new phase in this client’s exciting history. Apply now and make 2027 a year in your career you will never forget…
