We’re partnering with a leading, forward-thinking pensions and governance firm, to help them find you! Their next talented Trustee Executive who thrives on building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional client service and value, and taking ownership.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a portfolio of clients or key areas within larger, more complex schemes, acting as a trusted partner to trustee boards and stakeholders. You’ll play a central role in ensuring high-quality governance, coordinating advisers, and driving service delivery, while also contributing to strategic projects and continuous improvements. Working closely with Senior Trustee Executives, you’ll gain exposure to high-profile clients and develop both your technical expertise and commercial awareness.
You’ll bring between five and ten years of pensions experience, along with strong technical knowledge and ideally progress toward a professional qualification such as APMI, or similar, or you are able to demonstrate you are qualified by experience. You’ll be confident managing competing priorities, producing clear and accurate work, and communicating effectively with a range of stakeholders. A collaborative mindset is essential, as you’ll also support and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Your day-to-day work will be varied and impactful, spanning client relationship management, meeting preparation and attendance, governance and compliance activities, and oversight of key processes such as business planning, risk management, and scheme returns. You’ll be involved in drafting and reviewing client communications, coordinating trustee activities, monitoring budgets and service providers, and supporting investment-related projects. Throughout, you’ll be focused on delivering value, maintaining quality, and ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

This role is available on a 5 day or 4 day a week basis, although the clients preference would be full time, 4 days is also a possibility.
