We are seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst to support the delivery of high-quality pension transfer and implementation services. This role involves solving complex problems, improving systems, and working collaboratively to drive positive outcomes. You will play a key part in shaping processes, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards across all implementation activities.
Key responsibilities include leading the development and analysis of complex pension calculations, enhancing data audit processes, and overseeing system automation and testing in collaboration with IT and administration teams. You will act as a subject matter expert on pension transfers and benefit structures, coordinate user acceptance testing, and contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes, test strategies, and delivery plans while applying risk management principles.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in occupational pension schemes, including administration, and a solid understanding of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution arrangements. You should have proven experience in pension calculations, scheme onboarding, and project support, along with excellent communication and report-writing skills, and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
