An established and forward-thinking workplace pensions provider is looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator for their Defined Benefit (DB) Annual Events & Projects team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on complex pension projects, thrives on accuracy, and is motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes for members and employers.
You’ll play a key part in delivering annual pension scheme events and projects, ensuring work is completed to agreed service levels while contributing to continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.
What You’ll Be Doing
•    Delivering high-quality DB pension scheme administration in line with service level agreements and organisational values.
•    Managing and supporting key annual and project-based activities, including:
o    Scheme valuations
o    Annual benefit statement production
o    Pension increase exercises
o    Annual allowance assessments
o    Group life assurance reviews
o    Ad-hoc data validation and cleansing projects
•    Maintaining the accuracy and integrity of member and employer data, reporting issues and resolutions clearly.
•    Taking ownership of the quality and volume of your own work, while supporting team standards and shared objectives.
•    Identifying opportunities to improve processes, sharing ideas and feedback, and contributing actively in team discussions.
•    Working collaboratively with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless outcomes and support wider business goals.


What We’re Looking For
•    Proven experience working within Defined Benefit pensions administration.
•    Experience in pension benefit calculations.
•    Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
•    A proactive, enthusiastic approach with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
•    Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure.
•    Clear and confident communication skills, with the flexibility to adapt to change.
