This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pensions professional to take on a senior role within a pensions administration team. As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration services across complex Defined Benefit (DB) and some Defined Contribution (DC) pension schemes. The role involves handling advanced calculations and non-standard cases, acting as a key technical reference point, and supporting the delivery of service level agreements and performance standards.
You will play an active role in mentoring, training, and checking the work of less experienced colleagues, providing guidance and regular feedback to support their development. The position also includes deputising for the Team Leader when required, assisting with complex project work and complaints, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve service delivery for both clients and scheme members. The role supports flexible and hybrid working arrangements, recognising the importance of trust, autonomy, and work-life balance.
The preference is for hybrid working with 2 days per week in the Leeds office. For those living outside a commutable distance 100% remote will be considered.
