Are you a detail-driven operations leader who thrives on complex data, process improvement, and team leadership? We are working with an award winning pension administration (and other functions) provider to find a Senior Operations Specialist ready to make real impact.
This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role where you’ll oversee critical DB and DC pension operations, lead and develop a team of administrators, and play a key role in system improvements and reconciliations. You’ll be at the heart of ensuring data accuracy, service excellence, and smooth day-to-day operations.
