What you’ll be doing!
As Pensions Projects Lead, you’ll play a key role in delivering a range of pensions projects from concept to completion. You’ll help refine policies and processes, drive communication initiatives, and support continuous improvement across the department.
Your role will involve:
- Leading and managing multiple pension projects to successful delivery
- Supporting governance and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing expert advice and senior support to pensions administrators
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance member experience
