Project Manager – Transform Change. Drive Delivery. Create Impact.
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in occupational pensions? Do you thrive on leading complex change while keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and energised? If so, this role offers the chance to shape business transformation across both client-facing and internal initiatives.

We’re seeking a confident and commercially aware Project Manager to join this award winning organisation. You will be delivering a diverse portfolio of projects — from new client implementations and system enhancements to operational improvements and strategic business change.

What You’ll Be Doing
•    Own the end-to-end delivery of projects — scoping, planning, monitoring, reporting, and wrapping up with measurable outcomes.
•    Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels — ensuring exceptional experiences for both internal teams and external clients.
•    Lead project governance, managing risk, change control, compliance and reporting across multiple workstreams.
•    Drive continuous improvement across processes and documentation, seeking efficiency gains and further commercial opportunities.
•    Coordinate internal and external resources to deliver on objectives, budgets, and timelines.
•    Facilitate project meetings, deliver impactful status updates, and ensure smooth handover into live operations — including training and acceptance testing.

What You’ll Bring
Essential
•    Prince2 (or equivalent) qualification.
•    10+ years in occupational pension scheme administration, with 5+ years in project management or a related role.
•    Strong technical knowledge across Defined Benefit / Defined Contribution pensions.
•    Proven experience delivering pension-related change — operational, technical, or strategic.
•    Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
•    Highly IT literate — especially MS Project, Excel, Word, Access — and experienced with pension administration platforms.
