You will be responsible for developing and supporting internal applications, working with large datasets, and helping deliver efficient IT solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and support business-critical systems and software tools.

Write efficient, secure SQL queries, views, and stored procedures.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with analysts and stakeholders.

Maintain and enhance pension administration systems, particularly IntelliPen and IntelliFeed.

Perform data mapping, transformation, and reporting tasks for complex pension datasets.

Provide technical support and contribute to testing, documentation, and deployment.
Skills required

Strong SQL development skills and experience working with relational databases.

Experience working in or with pension administration or payroll systems.

Familiarity with XML, VBA, VB.NET, HTML, or similar technologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
