Responsibilities
- Leading administration services for a portfolio of public sector clients.
- Managing client relationships, across varying stakeholder levels
- Preparing and presenting materials for client meetings and tenders.
- Handling complex pensions queries and offering consultative advice.
- Overseeing ad-hoc projects and ensuring timely, compliant delivery.
You
- Extensive experience in public sector pensions and client relationship management.
- Strong technical DB scheme knowledge.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and simplifying complex information for clients.
- Commercially aware, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
