We’re looking for an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our growing team. If you have strong DB pensions experience and enjoy mentoring others, this is a great opportunity to thrive in a company that values inclusion and growth.
Birmingham, 2 days in the office per week
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform and check complex DB pension calculations.
- Support and train junior team members.
- Maintain accurate member records and ensure compliance.
- Liaise with clients, actuaries, and third parties.
- Contribute to projects and meet service deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
- Solid DB pensions administration experience.
- Strong understanding of pensions legislation.
- Confident communicator and problem solver.
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- GCSE Maths and English (grade 4/C or equivalent).
