We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Projects Administrator to join a leading pension administration team that supports an impressive portfolio of prestigious global clients. If you enjoy working on annual and/or scheme events and have an interest in pensions projects this could be your next exciting career move.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and deliver complex pension administration tasks, including advanced calculations for Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, reviewing their work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Oversee multiple projects from start to finish, monitoring budgets and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with team leaders to meet delivery promises and performance standards.
• Develop tools and documents to support automation and process improvements.
• Act as a key point of escalation for technical issues and non-standard cases.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service delivery.
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in occupational pension administration, specifically with DB schemes
• Experience managing small projects and handling high workloads while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a collaborative approach to team development with experience of checking work
• Knowledge of Scheme Events, PIE or other pensions projects would be ideal
• Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
