Bring your quality assurance mindset and process improvement passion to a role where your work truly matters.

The Opportunity:
Do you thrive on accuracy, efficiency, and making things better every day? Are you passionate about driving process improvements and mentoring others to succeed? If so, we are looking for someone like you to join this newly created Pensions Administration team as a Senior Pensions Projects Administrator.
Ideally working at least once per week in the Surrey office (with flexible hybrid working), this is a chance to develop a successful career at a leading Third Party Pensions Administrator, combining your excellent pensions knowledge with your drive to improve how things work.

Your duties will include:
•    Ensuring high-quality service delivery through advanced pension calculations (DB and/or DC) and administration.
•    Championing quality assurance by checking work, offering constructive feedback, and mentoring junior colleagues.
•    Driving process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency — automation, streamlining, cost reduction.
•    Leading and supporting a variety of projects, from complex data cleansing to large-scale member communications.
•    Building relationships with clients and becoming a trusted go-to expert for technical queries and escalations.
Essential requirements:
•    Proven experience in Defined Benefit occupational pension administration
•    The ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
•    A coach and collaborator who enjoys helping others grow and succeed.
•    Proficient in Excel, Word, and comfortable navigating pension admin systems.
Good to have:
•    A strong background in quality assurance, data accuracy, and process optimisation.
•    Pensions project experience
•    Experience in managing complaints
Why apply?
•    Hybrid Working: Flexible working based on trust and outcomes, not one-size-fits-all rules. Part-time applicants will be considered – 21hours / 3 days per week minimum
•    Career Growth: Learn from industry leaders, earn professional qualifications, and gain exposure to complex schemes and cutting-edge projects.
•    Impact: Your voice will be heard – you will be actively encouraged to share ideas for improving client satisfaction.

If you’re a process-driven pensions professional who wants to do more than just tick boxes, apply today and help us raise the bar in pension service excellence.
