You’ll also collaborate on key projects such as de-risking exercises, provider reviews, and benefit rectification programmes.
What you’ll be doing:
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to Trustee Boards.
• Leading and contributing to strategic governance projects across a range of pension schemes.
• Delivering clear, insightful written reports and advice, and attending face-to-face client meetings.
• Responding to client queries and providing regular, proactive updates and reporting.
What you’ll bring:
• Proven experience in pensions consultancy or a related area, with strong knowledge of trustee governance challenges.
• Exceptional communication and client management skills.
• Strong project management abilities and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
• Confidence in presenting, reporting, and engaging at board level.
