Pensions Analyst

We’re looking for a detail-driven Pensions Analyst to join a growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality client implementations, systems developments, and project work across both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes.
What you’ll do:

Analyse and maintain high-quality pension data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Support the successful delivery of client projects and new system implementations.

Collaborate closely with project managers, analysts, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Provide expert input on pension administration processes, reporting, and calculations.

Drive business improvement by contributing ideas to enhance efficiency and client service.
What we’re looking for:

5+ years’ experience in pension administration.

Strong technical knowledge of DB and DC schemes.

Excellent Excel and data analysis skills.

Confident communicator with a sharp eye for detail.

A proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.
