A fantastic opportunity to move into a very broad, interesting technical role within this Master Trust team. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the scheme’s adherence to legislative and regulatory policy and the adaption of procedures to ensure these remain compliant. You will be the Master Trust Subject Matter Expert, a point referral for the wider team and senior managers supporting the day-to-day scheme administration.

This role is for an enthusiastic, highly engaging and driven professional keen to make a difference and deliver exceptional service to clients and members. You must have excellent knowledge of DC pensions (broader pension’s experience would be beneficial), in particular an understanding of legislative and regulatory changes and the impact these have on administration. Project Management skills would be ideal with proven experience of working on key scheme events.

You will be leading the delivery of initiatives that are in response to changes in legislation and regulation and provide specialist support/advice to internal/external stakeholders. Acting as a liaison and an escalation point for issues, blockers, and risks understanding the impacts for clients, members, participants, and colleagues and ensuring there is visibility of non-member activities/projects. Your technical expertise will be highly valued and mean you will participate in new business presentations and the onboarding of new clients as required.

This is a role with excellent progression opportunity within a large, well-regarded Global employer. You will be supported by highly experienced colleagues and a friendly, welcoming team. Hybrid working means a good mix of homeworking and collaborative office meetings. Parking is available on site and the option of excellent public transport connections.
