MyCSP Ltd administers the Principal Civil Service Pension Scheme (PCSPS) and provides pensions to over 1.5 million people. We have in-depth knowledge and expertise in the administration of Defined Benefit pension schemes and provide tailored services to more than 300 Government employers. Also, through the MyCSP Training and Employee Engagement Service, we offer training on a wide range of pension related topics and legislative change.

Formed in May 2012, with a number of centres throughout the UK, MyCSP is a unique three-way partnership between employee partners, government and a private sector partner, each of which owns a share in the business. The business model is designed to give frontline employee partners greater influence (represented at board level through an elected Employee Partnership Council) in the running of MyCSP backed up with the business expertise and capital investment of the private sector partner.

MyCSP is at the cutting edge of public service reform as the Government pathfinder for a ‘mutual joint venture’ business model.
