THis growing Financial services firm is seeking a leader for the Uk and across EMEA for their reward and benefits side which is part of the wider HR team . Being eh lead in the UK with direct reports you will have a variety of responsibilities :
The role is a strategical role but there will be hands on elements focusing on the management and analysis of the the exisiting benefits and vendors in the UK and Ireland and across the EMEA also to include pension requirments across the UK . Workingcross teh full company across various locations to drive the global salary and review process .
To lead the implementation and selection of new benefits platform , including the vendor aspect , to lso support with salary benchmarking and analytics .
Advise HR on areas such as global mobility, performance, TUPe , M and A , recognition and sales incentives .
This is a senior role within the firm for a FTC period of 16 months , the person reiured will have all the required experience and be able to lead and work closely wiith other areas of the business to ensure a strong reward and benefits team within the organisatoin .
