Are you an ambitious pensions professional ready to take your next step in-house working on a £multi-billion pension fund?
You will become part of an in house pensions team, focusing on the legacy pension fund and being responsible for managing technical pensions projects, as well as annual supplier reviews.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you take responsibility for managing the relationship with the third party administrators. Support the continual development of the overall member experience, looking for initiatives in operational activity to bring administration efficiencies and cost reduction.
Manage the resolution of complex member queries and complaint cases escalated to the Pensions team.
You will be able to draw on experience working on DB/DC pension plans, whether from an in-house or consultancy background. Ideally APMI qualified or equivalent.
