In this newly created role you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of a development strategy for this master trust solution, which is seeking to be market-leading and innovative in its proposition.
The role will require you to have the ability to formulate strategy, create underlying plans for delivery and ultimately seek approval. You will then manage both people and financial resources to deliver the plan to agreed budgets and timescales.
You will use your exceptional communication skills to work closely with and manage company resources across the whole business including consulting, administration, communications, marketing and IT teams), as well as 3rd party suppliers.
To be a success in this role you will possess extensive experience working within the Defined Contribution pension’s environment. You will combine your strong technical skills, an awareness of how propositions have and are developing in DC, as well as knowledge of the competitive landscape in the UK. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of delivering change projects in a complex, multi-discipline environment.
