Our Pension Calculations Developers produce high quality calculation code, adhering to relevant pension scheme legislation, to ensure correct payments can be made to millions of public sector pension scheme members - quite a responsibility
From your first day as a Pension Calculations Developer, you will join one of our scrum teams and take part in all team ceremonies. With the support of your new team (made up of experienced calculations developers and pension gurus) you will have the opportunity to create real software from the start. You will develop the latest version of our award-winning software utilising industry leading tools and practices such as pair programming, automated testing and continuous integration.
But our journey is far from over, you will be able to influence where we are going next, what tools and processes we should make use of in the future and how can we deliver the most value to our customers.
