Working for this large in-house pensions' team, you will lead the Pensions Operations Team ensuring that work is delivered to a high standard and within given timescales and will be responsible for the day to day management and monitoring of the standard of service provided to members. You will support and coach the Pensions Administrators to improve performance delivery and provide solutions for complex queries, including Pension Sharing Agreements and complaints. In addition, you will be accountable for the team’s development and training, in both specialist/technical and interpersonal/management skills.
