Excellent opportunity to join a market leading consultancy, oversee a strong administration function and deliver exceptional client services.

Ensure staff develop to their potential, improve on processes and procedures and ensure quality of service delivery whilst maintaining a profitable department.

Participate in client meetings, develop relationships, oversee trustee appointments, project work and assist in client pitches.

For this role you will need to operate at a Senior level within a pensions administration function, proven DB and DC knowledge with good technical know how. Ability to lead and motivate a team and always be striving for service excellence.
