We are seeking two individuals who can co-ordinate services for a small portfolio of Trustee clients with a bias towards large DB Pension Schemes. You will ensure the team are managing all aspects of ongoing projects including scheme secretariat services, governance and reporting, liaison with administrators, lawyers and accountants. This is a high profile role where you will work with the Chair of the Trustees to set the agenda for scheme design and investment performance. The team have a collaborative approach and the attention to detail for professional trustee services ensures they not only retain clients but are successful for tendering for new clients. This position will require you to be visible at seminars and exhibitions and attend client pitches to discuss services. We are seeking a two pension professionals who ideally has completed APMI qualifications or similar, experience in project management and can deputise for Pension Managers, demonstrating strong UK pensions technical knowledge and will be confident to manage service level agreements and fee negotiations. Key skills will be the ability to take a strategic oversight of the day to day running of DB and DC Trustee based schemes.
