Are you a pensions compliance specialist looking for a new permanent role? This new vacancy is perfect for a qualified (e.g. CII) professional with proven experience of working in a compliance role in a pensions or financial services organisation.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the business is compliant by undertaking compliance monitoring reviews of the pension and insurance products, making certain they are being operated in accordance with the applicable law, regulation and best practice. You will be tasked with identifying improvements to compliance monitoring based on emerging risks, regulatory changes or common issues whilst providing technical support for the team and wider business as required on all regulatory matters.
You must be capable of producing high quality, in-depth written reports on compliance findings and recommendations to support any improvements or remedial actions that may be required and assist in the oversight and management of any breaches of law and regulations.
To be considered you must have a recognised Compliance qualification together with experience in a pensions or financial services organisation. You will have a good working knowledge of regulatory requirements of the FCA, PRA and TPR and a strong understanding of GDPR regulations and knowledge of Anti Money Laundering rules.
