We are recruiting for a medium sized IFA who have various arms including an Employee Benefits arm . They focus on the small to medium (1500 max) lives and work across the full specturm of EB , Life, Comms, Health, Risk , PMI , Group Sipp and AE .
They are re focusing on the EB arm of the firm to build it back up as it has down sized over the past couple of years, they are in the process of creating a new proposition to take to new and exisiting clients.
This role is focused in the South East with key introducers in the City , there will be some clients to manage but the key part to this role is winning clients . There are introducers from the professional market and this role focuses on turning introductions into clients . Not cold calling for business , but being the intitial point for all queries , a client bank will be built on the back of this work but when feasible , a servicing consultant will be recruited .
The inital key area of advice are with the pensoins side , particulary with Group pension clients , mainly on going governance and salary sacrifice with clients coming in further once attained on the pensoins side .

The successful incumbent will need to have a good understanding of the EB market, particularly around DC , Gpp, Group Sipp etc , be confident in presentatoins and delivery .
There is a high element of bonus in this role and a high Ote is attainable .
