The Role:

As an Implementation Consultant you’ll be a key member of Aquila Heywood’s project delivery team, effectively managing and delivering work packages with our new and existing customers.

You, with the team around you, will deliver configuration of our in-house developed and award-winning software, Altair, which our customers use to administer some of the UK’s largest pension schemes.

You will implement a range of different solutions, each with their own specific requirements, ranging from routines that help customers to calculate their members’ benefits, to programs for loading and validating data, to automated reports to help customers manage and monitor their service. You will work on the whole lifecycle of implementation of such solutions, from gathering requirements, to configuration, to delivery and post implementation support, providing a varied role with a fantastic mix between technical and consultancy skills.

Collaborating with the Professional Services team and wider business, you will develop a keen knowledge of our software and industry and build strong working relationships with key customers.
