Our client has an enviable reputation for providing executive pension solutions to HNW clients, offering both SIPP and SSAS solutions. The large team of both SIPP administrators and SSAS administrators are supported by a specialist property team and we are seeking someone who has experience in dealing with commercial properties and has a good understanding of the conveyancing process.
Administering the purchase, sale and management of a portfolio of commercial properties, you will work in a busy team, having direct communication with affluent clients, their accountants and solicitors and be active involved with property purchases, sales, sharing and all transactional work as well as managing some complex tax return information for HMRC.
Key responsibilities will be, Instructing and liaising with valuers and Solicitors, Co-ordinating funds ready for completion, including liaison with a commercial lender if borrowing is required, marketing the property to let, if applicable, issuing rental invoices / monitoring rental payments / chasing rent arrears. Other duties will be issuing rental invoices / monitoring rental payments / chasing rent arrears, lease expiries and renewals, terminations, and amendments, negotiate Heads of Terms for new leases and relaying instructions to solicitors, management of member’s cash flow to ensure there is sufficient funds to service property
Expenses and pension related costs such as fees.
This is very much a team orientated role requiring someone with acute attention to detail who can draft reports, be client presentable and able to take responsibility for their own work.
