You will be an experienced occupational pension's administrator eager to make your next career move to join a medium-sized in-house occupational pensions department, circa 15 pension's professionals. Their large closed DB scheme is administered in-house, and their DC outsourced.

You will be eager to provide a professional and efficient administration service, and will be customer centric, with good communications skills to handle telephone queries and all other forms of member contact. You will be organised, able to prioritise and work on your own initiative, whilst at the same time enjoying being part of a team, and hopefully developing people management skills to peer review casework of others and deputise in your team leader's absence, who will be your direct report for this role.

You will have a sound understanding of all DB and DC end to end processes including; contribution queries, death cases, ill health retirement and divorce (transfer quotations and CETVS). You will perform pension administration tasks in accordance with agreed procedures, legislation and rules of the pension arrangements and ensure data input held within the pension system is accurate, complies with administration procedures, and is handled compliant with GDPR.
You should have a sound understanding and practical application of the annual allowance and lifetime allowance.

In this role you will also support development of the pension governance and controls, ensure all casework is logged and reflected accurately in the case work management system, providing support in collating casework data and MI.
Your past experience means you will have a clear understanding of scheme events and cyclical tasks for occupational (company) pension schemes including a working knowledge and delivery of end to end monthly DC cycle, of Guaranteed Minimum Pension (GMP) and pensions increase.

Passionate about your career in pensions, you will be given every support needed to succeed and feel valued and rewarded in your role. Joining the biggest name in the UK for their product and services, your career could not be in better hands, with a company that care about their employees careers and wellbeing.
