Employee Benefits Administrator

£22,000 to £28,000 plus benefits

Employee Benefits Administrator required by a market-leading and global consultancy firm. Due to continued growth, this successful firm is seeking an Employee Benefits Administrator to join their talented Group Risk team.

You will be responsible for fully supporting the Employee Benefit Consultants on a portfolio of Group Risk schemes, ranging from SME to Corporate clients in varying industries. You will be responsible for processing new joiners/leavers, renewals, benefit comparisons, annual reviews, quotations and on-going servicing of schemes. You will be the main point of contact for any administration queries, so client relationship management skills are key. You will liaise with clients and insurers on a daily basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years' experience in a similar role, covering either Group Risk, Pensions, Healthcare or Rewards.
