A great opportunity to join this award winning pensions firm that provides a broad range of pension services to a number of high profile Clients. As a Senior Pensions Operations Change Analyst you will be an expert in the area of pension administration processes, clients and systems be proficient in processing and checking.
Key role responsibilities will see you managing the workload in line with SLAs through your ability to organise workload allocation decisions; you will also monitor current projects; investigate background to cases by reference to archived files and system data and implement changes to tools and documentation needed to support effective service delivery. You will also drive continuous improvement in all areas of processing and write and maintain knowledge documents, keeping them up to date and incorporate changes to legislation.
To be considered for this role you will possess demonstrative experience within third party pensions administration, have an understanding of technical pensions and scheme benefits and have a methodical approach to work and working in a project environment.
