This leader in its field providing outsourced services is experiencing change , as a result they are seeking to recruit key individuals to cement and develop relationships with key clients to become the "go to" consultancy for any of their needs.
Working closely with Trustees, Governance Committees, Pension Managers Hr & Finance Directors to understand and meet their requirements through the provision of a multitude of services. The initial business with the clients is TPA payroll , data, hr , it is essential that the SLA agreements and client satisfaction are met but the key focus is on client development and the building of the relationship from a strategic perspective. The key focus will be in meeting the agreed SLA's that were set, retaining and developing the client relationship through the quality of service provision. There will be a less senior CRM to fulfill the technical aspects
Leading the service delivery teams across the client work , is a key aspect of this role
An understanding of a outsourced services is essential and the ability to understand and identify needs across outsourced services and wider employee benefits . The key aspect of this role is strategy, working closely with the clients to understand their needs and future progression where they can be supported from the services provided. To work closely with the decision makers and to cement the relationship across the full suite of services , to provide innovation to the client.
Coming from a similar background you will understand the complexities of the role and services provided in an outsourcing environment. In addition to the above you will be expected to have broader pension knowledge , to develop the client in to other consulting areas such as actuarial , pension consulting, investment , Employee benefits, HR , L&D etc to cement the client further with additional services of the firm.
