The Role

You, with the team around you, will deliver configuration of our in-house developed, and award winning, software, Altair, which our customers use to administer some of the UK’s largest pension schemes.

Each day will not be the same; quickly after joining the team you will be working on a variety of tasks for a range of household names in the private and public sector. You will implement a range of different solutions, each with their own specific requirements, ranging from routines that help customers to calculate their members’ benefits, to programs for loading and validating data, to automated reports to help customers manage and monitor their service. You will work on the whole life-cycle of implementation of such solutions, from gathering requirements, to configuration including calculations coding in our bespoke language, to delivery and post implementation support, providing a varied role with a fantastic mix between technical and consultancy skills.

With the help of the Professional Services department and wider business around you, you will develop a keen knowledge of our software, our industry and build a strong working relationship with key customers. You will be integral to generating revenue through establishing and maintaining good customer relationships and promoting the growth of new business through existing customers
