Owing to a period of maternity leave, this large UK based Pensions Consultancy requires an additional Defined Benefits Pensions Administrator for its existing administration team. With a real focus on its staff, this is an excellent organisation to work for, providing a great working environment, supporting professional development and giving access to clients directly.

In addition to the day to day complex administration duties, you will work closely with the team leader in the management of the team, delegating work, assisting with appraisals and manage the day to day running of the junior staff. You will manage annual projects as well as assist in the more complex issues arising from these, including technical sub committees and participation in trustee meetings.

As a successful applicant to the DB Administrator role you will need extensive experience at this level, ideally within another TPA. You will have a good grasp of technical pensions issues and also be comfortable dealing with clients. Professional qualification, or substantial progression towards one is highly desirable.

Whilst this is a fixed term contract there may be possibilities for this role to become permanent in the future owing to the continued new business activity and success the firm is currently experiencing.
