This is a real team environment, and you will provide support to the Senior Consultants, ensuring prepared meeting packs are accurate and include all relevant documentation. The client's papers are a mix of traditional print as well as being distributed in digital format with client able to log into a portal to view their documentation. You will attend Trustee Meetings to draft minutes for approval and distribution and ensuring all action points are noted and managed. The role will also include Governance Management and Reporting, some member communications work as well as direct liaison with clients, involvement with investment monitoring and Trustee Training.
