In this exciting role you will be part of the Business Development team, which will have a focus on servicing a portfolio of 3rd party clients and new employers for their DC pension scheme offering.
Providing high quality good customer service you will work to a co-ordinated plan of engagement to create quality working relationships with your client portfolio to improve client retention and identify any opportunities.
As well as responding promptly to any queries, you will impart information and guidance to customers and third parties over the telephone or via Webex, in addition to being responsible for maintaining timely and accurate management information and metrics reporting.
If you have the CII CF1 and/or R01 qualifications and are seeking to continue to progress with your studies, alongside possessing previous experience of working in a remote-based relationship management role, ideally in a pension environment, then this could be for you. Candidates who have worked in a similar role within another regulated financial services environment will also be considered.
