Are you an occupational Pensions or Senior Pensions Administrator, seeking a permanent career move to one of biggest in-house pension schemes based in Central London?  If yes, our client has a new opening within team one of their three pension teams, each team has different functions.  You will be joining a very friendly in-house pension administration department, to work alongside hard-working, dedicated pension's professionals, passionate about giving a good service to company employees.

Your purpose will be to execute day-to-day administration and communication services for all pension scheme members including online services in accordance with agreed standards.  You will have previous pension scheme administration experience allowing you to offer a proficient pension administration service on Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension schemes. If you only have one type of scheme experience then Defined Benefit Scheme experience is preferable, the client can train you on Defined Contribution schemes.  

Day-to-day activity entails deferred and pensioner administration, including calculations, carried out to expected time and quality standards, activity includes, but is not limited to, AVC's, new joiners, opt outs, executives,  general data maintenance for all categories of member, refunds, deferred pensions, transfers in (DC), transfers out, normal, late, early and ill-health retirements, retirement quotations, deaths in service/deferment/retirement.  All Pensioner administration including adding and ceasing members to pensioner payroll, pension increases, tax queries, providing information to DWP, reclaiming overpaid pension instalments following deaths, tracing members when payments/correspondence are returned, commutation of pensions in payment, mortality exercises and general pensioner record maintenance including bank changes, address updates and power of attorneys… and a whole lot more.
