Our client is seeking a Pensions Administrator to support the Pensions Manager with all aspects of management of the DB and DC company pension arrangements. As part of the extended HR team you will be passionate about delivering pension advice to employees. You will be proactive in providing operational support to the DB trustee board and its committees including, assist in the production of meeting papers, drafting agendas, meeting scheduling, taking minutes, monitoring and progressing action points. Support on all aspects of operational governance including monitoring of plan's risk register, annual business plan, conflicts policy/conflicts log, group life insurance policy, business as usual guide. To be considered for this role you will need demonstrable experience of DB and DC pension arrangements.
