This household name FTSE 100 Company has an opening for a senior level Pensions Change Manager to lead major change programmes across their vast in house pension scheme operations.
The role is a 12 month fixed term contract. Your role will be to work with the management team to drive change and ensure efficient and cost effective processes designed, implemented and maintained.
You will be required to manage your own workload, co-ordinating input from different functions and lead the project team. You are expected to have a broad working knowledge and experience of UK pensions and ideally a professional qualification in Change Management.
Exposure to the very largest DB arrangements and their day to day operational processes would be a significant advantage.
