Employee Benefits Administrator (Group Risk)

£22,000 to £26,000 plus benefits

One of the UKs leading Employee Benefit consultancies are looking for a motivated Employee Benefits Administrator. to join their energetic team. This consultancy provides advice across a range of corporate benefits to their established client portfolio across a variety of Group Life, Income Protection, Pensions and Healthcare schemes.

You will be responsible for all Employee Benefits administration including the processing of joiners, leavers, claims and renewals whilst also building and maintaining excellent relationships with the contacts within these client firms.

You will be provided with all the tools to succeed along with a generous salary package and genuine career progression within a leading consultancy.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dealing with Group Risk contracts such as Group Life, PHI and/or healthcare propositions and any candidates with no experience will not be considered.
