Due to continued successes in winning new business, they are looking for a Pensions Operations Manager. You will lead a client service pension’s team in the delivery of customer service to clients and members in terms of quality, cost and time. Organising and prioritising the workflow of the team in order to meet service level agreements and actively seeking new ways to improve procedures. The Pension Operations Manager will need to take responsibility for organising the work of the pension’s administrators in the team, which will include mentoring subordinates and identifying training needs to ensure your staff will achieve their full potential. There will also be the chance to make a difference by supporting and assisting the Team managers and senior management team. This company actively encourage staff to take on more challenging roles where they can demonstrate their full potential.
