Assistant Pension Consultant - Buckinghamshire
This is an established pension consultancy who have an enviable portfolio of clients, both DB and DC trust based pension schemes. We are seeking an Assistant Consultant to join the team and support the Senior Consultants on their client work. This role is varied, you will attend Trustee meetings and support with the production of the agenda packs, ensure action points are monitored as well as drafting and distributing the minutes and therefore undertaking full Secretary to the Trustee duties. Monitoring and reporting on Scheme Governance are part of this roles responsibilities, as well as organising and maintaining trustee training, client liaison, project management, keeping abreast of best practices and ensuring procedures are kept up to date. You will also be commercially astute and have involvement in issuing client invoices, chasing debt and budget monitoring against TOBs and SLAs. We are seeking an organised individual who is currently working in the pensions industry and seeking a longer term career goal in client management. To be considered you will already be in a similar role or at least attending client and/or Trustee meetings, and you will have a good understanding of pension's management and scheme designs.
