Our Workplace Health & Wealth (WHW) business area has grown considerably and provides ongoing consultancy services to over 200 clients, and as such we are looking to recruit a Senior Client Support within our Cheltenham office.

This role, also known as Senior Client Support provides assistance to the Line Manager, Health and Wealth Consultants and Client Relationship Managers (CRMs).  You’ll work on requests relating to defined contribution pension arrangements, health and protection policies, communications and flexible benefit platforms – broadly all issues relating to Workplace Benefits.

To be successful in the role, you’ll already have experience / knowledge of Group DC pensions.  You’ll probably be working as a Senior Administrator for an IFA or another financial services organisation and will enjoy dealing with clients.  If you have some mentoring / team leader experience that would also be highly advantageous, but not essential.

You’ll demonstrate a good academic record including Maths & English to GCSE (or equivalent) (minimum grade C) and will be familiar with IT systems, in particular Excel with some Word and PowerPoint.  If you have already completed professional qualifications this would be brilliant, however, we will fully support and encourage you to do this as part of your ongoing development.
