This genuine household name is looking to hire a Pension Data Analyst to join its In House Occupational Pensions Team, based close to the Surrey/Sussex border.
Working as part of a newly created Change and Improvement team your primary responsibility will be to undertake any/all data analysis required to support successful delivery of Change and Improvement projects within the pensions’ function. You will be the go-to person for all pension data related information, so you’ll need a solid understanding of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution schemes and be able to interrogate, manipulate, analyse and present data in various formats. You will also need to be able to present complex data sets in a clear and understandable manner to a variety of internal stakeholders, so excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
Candidates will have a proven track record in working within a pensions’ data analysis role and will ideally be highly proficient in Oracle, SQL, MS Access and Excel.
