A fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded and expanding pensions consultancy. This role will be based in Surrey and occasionally you will travel to their London office.
You will be managing your own portfolio of clients and Group Income Protection claims, developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing support and advice to clients in all aspects of claims management, maintaining accurate records for each scheme and client, and dealing with all enquiries in a responsive manner.
The successful candidate will have previous Group Risk experience with a good understanding of income protection claims. Ideally you will be working towards the GR1 qualification and you will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (v-lookups and formulas would be useful) and Word. You will have the ability to deal with high volumes of work in an efficient and proactive way, and a strong desire to learn and develop.
