Our client are a charity looking to raise awareness, address the stigma of poor mental health and improve positive mental wellbeing in the UK construction industry. They provides a framework which helps construction companies take a joined-up approach that can be tailored to their specific needs. The framework includes guidance and support to the employer, creating bespoke training and awareness programmes, tailored communications and campaigns as well as research and development.
The company are currently in the start-up phase and are a team size of 4. They are looking for a client manager to support the delivery to clients. You will be the first point of contact to client enquiries whilst providing guidance/ advice to clients in the development and delivery of their mental health programmes. The candidate will maintain client programmes to support organisation whilst liaising with the operations team to ensure all relevant information to support the processing of all new client applications is delivered within the agreed time frames.
This is a great opportunity for someone to be invovled in a more client facing role.
Candidates must have a degree and either have a broad understanding of mental health/ wellbeing or a genuine interest in learning it. In addition they must have experience of completing a high volume of administration tasks accurately.
