With previous experience in Corporate Employee Benefits, your key duties and responsibilities will fall into three distinct areas. Firstly providing high quality support to your clients, dealing with queries raised whether in relation to employees or specific benefit provider issues. Support will also be provided directly to employees and so your telephone manner, as well as written communication will need to be of a high standard. You will also be asked to produce regular reports to providers and employers, which will involve significant use of Excel to ensure your data is complete and accurate.
