Secretary to the Trustees - London
This is a busy and interesting role were you will work with a portfolio of clients to provide Trustee services and pension manager support. The role will require you to review agenda packs, arrange trustee meetings, attend and draft trustee minutes and be the first point of contact for clients and third party pension service providers including investment managers, actuaries, administrators, solicitors and IFAs. You will be involved with drafting Trustee Summary Reports and co-ordinating annual report and accounts as well as managing the production of member communications, preparing trustee introduction briefs and supporting with the trainee services. This is an integral role that will provide you with career advancement as your gain experience. The role requires someone who can manage a variety of projects at the same time, manage risk and ensure policy and compliance. You will be involved with business development and tender drafting as well as attending conferences and being visible and exhibitions.
