The purpose of the sales roles are to win and acquire new business with the support of a marketing team to get involved in bids and tenders. They would consider experience sales consultants or anyone with a few years sales experience.
The relevant persons will need to have a have a track record B2B sales with experience of selling into and understanding human resource decision makers. Experience of the Employee Benefits sector is preferable however any experience of selling into HR will be considered.
Their ambitious growth plans mean that they can also offer equity to anyone that starts this year which can lead to a life changing about of cash at point of sale/flotation.
